Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including tags attached. Final sale items (discounted items) are nonrefundable and not eligible for store credit. A receipt is required to complete the return. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Store Credit:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. In order to receive store credit you must have a registered account with us. If you are approved, then you will be credited in the amount of the returned items (shipping and tax not included).

Final Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items are not eligible for store credit. PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR FINAL SALE ITEMS AS THEY ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 4PM PST (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends will be processed within 48 hours on the next business day. Delivery estimate dependent on method of shipping chosen at time of purchase. We offer First Class options and Priority options. Priority mail does NOT mean One Day shipping, however it is a faster option. Regardless of what shipping method you choose, we still process and ship orders in the timeframe listed above. Shipping during holiday periods (due to a high volume of orders) may take up to 36 hours after placement when placed Monday - Friday before 4PM PST.
